The Gare TGV Aix-en-Provence is a separate station for high-speed TGV trains only, 15 km (9.3 miles) southwest of the traditional city-center train station (Gare d'Aix-en-Provence) on the D9 highway (map). Ligne 40 shuttle buses connect the Aix TGV station with Marseille airport and the Aix city-center train station. BusThe Gare Routière (intercity bus station) is south of the center and just west of the train station, at the southern end of the Avenue des Belges on the southwestern side of the traffic circle (rond-point) (map).
