There are many restaurants clustered around the Place de la République, in the center of town and a short walk from the train station. This is where the Avenue de Champagne begins, and from this square you can also access the main shopping streets of Épernay. In the summertime outdoor cafés line the square and offer a variety of options for an informal lunch or dinner. Salads, daily specials, and full meals are generally available. Many of the smaller streets off of the Place de la République also have restaurants and cafés.
