France Travel Planner by Tom Brosnahan & Jane Fisher   Hotels in Strasbourg, France
Plenty of hotels and studio apartments to choose from in this popular tourist and business destination.

Most of the hotels you're likely to be interested in are near the train station (Gare de Strasbourg SNCF), or in the city's historic center near the Cathédrale (map).

Near Gare de Strasbourg

Exit the train station and you'll see numerous hotels on the other side of the park including the cozy 2-star, 70-room Hôtel Nid des Cigognes ("the Storks' Nest"), the 2-star, 48-room Hôtel Vendôme, the 2-star, 58-room Hôtel des Vosges, the 2-star, 61-room Hôtel du Rhin, the 3-star, 37-room Inter-Hotel Le Bristol, and the 3-star, 83-room Le Grand Hotel.

Just around the corner budget star is the 3-star, 48-room Ibis Styles Strasbourg.

Near the Cathédrale

The 3-star, 36-room Hotel de RohaN (yes, that's how they spell it) is right in the center of the historic town, just steps from the cathedral.

The 3-star, 47-room Hôtel de Cathédrale faces the Cathédrale across the square, and has its own popular café-restaurant in the square.

The 3-star, 42-room Hôtel Gutenberg is just a few steps west of Place Gutenberg. Though an excellent choice, the street in front (rue des Serruriers) is fairly busy with traffic during the day.

Near Petite France

The 4-star, 72-room Hôtel Régent Petite France is a converted 17th-century mill right on the water in the Petite France historic district, and an excellent choice. For a studio apartment-like room in Petite France, try the 3-star, 117-room Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France, in which each room as a kitchenette with fridge, microwave oven and coffee & tea-making equipment.
