The biggest attraction at Disneyland Park's Frontierland is Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, a roller coaster through an abandoned gold mine in the old west.

There's often a long line, so you may want to get a fastpass ticket, which allows you to do other things and return at an assigned time (30 minute time slot) to go on the ride.

Be scared by a tour through the Phantom Manor, where ghosts appear regularly.

The family might enjoy a ride on an old fashioned river boat, which will let you see all of Frontierland, and little ones can enjoy the Pocahontas Indian Village play area.

Shows and themed restaurants round out the activities.
